Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Kaffa, a website builder operated by [legal name of the operator], [address]. By using Kaffa you agree to them. If you use Kaffa for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Beta service
Kaffa is in public beta. It is provided free of charge and “as is”. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. During the beta we recommend exporting your website regularly. We are not liable for loss of content caused by beta limitations, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Your account
Keep your login secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images and other content you add. You give us a licence to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service and publish your website. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish, including images, logos and texts.
Photos offered in the editor come from free libraries (for example Unsplash and Pexels) under their licences. Fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License; icons under the ISC licence.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Kaffa to publish content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, deceives people (for example phishing or impersonation), spreads malware, sends spam, or harasses others. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your website's visitors
If your website collects visitors' personal data (for example through the contact form), you are responsible for informing them and for handling their data lawfully. We process that data on your behalf under our Privacy Policy.
7. Ending
You can stop using Kaffa and delete your account at any time. We may end the beta or close accounts with reasonable notice, except in cases of serious misuse. You can export your website before an account is closed.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [the Republic of Croatia]. Courts in [Zagreb] have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
